Our stay in the Classic Room was excellent. The hotel environment offered lovely hiking trails nearby. The breakfast selections needed more variety.

I had a less-than-pleasant experience with the restaurant staff who failed to inform me about food allergy risks. The room had a leaky shower that detracted from the comfort. Additionally, the hotel felt understaffed, which was evident when a group of loud teenage guests took over the pool area while unsupervised.

The room I stayed in was a Classic Room with a Queen bed, and it was impressively spacious and well-equipped. I loved the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service that took us to the city center for just 4 euros per person! The hotel also has a fantastic pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Spent 8 nights in the Superior Room, Larger Guest room, 1 King. The room was spacious and perfectly air-conditioned. crucial during the heat. Breakfast offered a feast of options, with something protein-rich every day, which I appreciated. They also provided a nice swimming pool to cool off after long sightseeing days. Staff were eager to assist with various needs. they set up a fast internet connection for work without issue. Despite all this, I faced a hiccup with the room situation upon arrival. My reservation didn’t clearly indicate accommodation for my son, leading to extra charges. A bit frustrating since I had to carry luggage during the upgrade process. Although a shuttle service was provided, I wished it ran more frequently since the city center was a good bit away. All in all, while the hotel had great amenities and comforts, the initial confusion was a letdown.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free wifi, 24-hour reception, and great fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a car service, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the amazing food at the restaurant.

Staff was amazing and really helped me out when my room wasn’t ready. The Classic Room had everything I needed like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. Loved the heated pool and spa facilities! Breakfast had decent options, even though I wish there was more variety.
